Delivery Information
We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

  • Delivery Estimates: Any delivery dates provided are estimates. While we always endeavour to deliver your goods on the required date, we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates due to reliance on third-party couriers.

  • UK Delivery: Please allow up to 15 working days for your order to arrive before submitting a non-delivery claim. This allows for any potential delays within the postal service.

  • International Shipping: For orders outside the UK, the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local clearances required by your country’s customs.

  • Failed Delivery: Please ensure your delivery address is 100% accurate. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, a redelivery fee will apply.

Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be fair while protecting the custom nature of our products.

  • Standard Items: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and return non-customized items within 14 days of receiving them.

  • Bespoke & Custom Goods: Many of our products are made-to-order or bespoke. Please note that any goods ordered as bespoke, personalised, or embroidered items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items held for more than 28 days are not eligible for return.

Damages & Shortages
We check every order carefully before it leaves Strictly Criminal.

  • Please inspect your goods immediately upon arrival.

  • Any claims for shortages or damaged goods must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.

  • Our liability for non-delivery is limited to replacing the goods or issuing a credit note/refund for the value of the items.
