1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing from Strictly Criminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Pricing & Payment All prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.
3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Our Designs: All artwork, images, and designs created by Strictly Criminal remain our intellectual property.

• Your Designs: By supplying images or logos to us for custom work, you confirm that you hold the appropriate copyright or trademark permissions. You agree to indemnify Strictly Criminal against any claims resulting from a breach of copyright.

4. Custom Garments & Decals

• Variations: Due to the nature of printing and screen resolutions, slight variations in colour, positioning, and scale may occur. These are not considered faults.

• Care Instructions: All items must be washed/maintained according to the specific care instructions provided, either on the garment label or an attached label. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care or fading over time.

5. Limitation of Liability We shall not be liable for any indirect loss, damage, or expenses arising from a delay in delivery or the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the replacement of the goods or a refund of the purchase price.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
